Returns & Exchanges
At Black Sheep Coffee, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our coffee beans, we can only accept returns on non-food items or unopened hardware within 30 days of purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- 3.Package the Item
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
